3. User Responsibilities

- Do not upload illegal, harmful, or misleading content.
- Respect community guidelines (no hate speech, harassment, spam).
- Only upload content you own or have the right to share.
4. Content Ownership
- You retain ownership of the content you post.
- By posting, you grant RatlyV a license to display, distribute, and promote it within the app.
5. Product Links & Purchases
- RatlyV may display affiliate links and earn commissions.
- We are not responsible for third-party products, shipping, warranties, or returns.
6. Referrals & Rewards
- Rewards are subject to availability and may change without notice.
- Fraudulent activity (fake accounts, false reviews) will result in loss of rewards and possible account suspension.
7. Pro Subscription
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.
- No refunds for partial billing periods.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
9. Liability Disclaimer
RatlyV is provided “as-is.” We are not liable for user content, third-party products, or damages arising from platform use.
